maybe a way to guarantee delivery of the frame, is find someone in the
brooklyn area to pick it up and pay the $5.00 processing fee. Like a
fellow list member, then have them ship it out, or hold it until
Cirque and they can just bring it down. Maybe cover them for their
troubles with money, or bike parts, or pay for one of the events at
Cirque for them. That seems like the easiest way to guarantee the
frame's delivery.
