I have a chromed 1940's Italian frame that weighs in at 5 lbs, 7 oz. This weight includes the fork and the seat lug collar and bolt. The frame is a 59.5 cm C/T frame size. I have a Bianchi from 1940 that is at Ed Litton's place that is even lighter. My guess is that that particular frame might even come in around 5 lbs 3 oz.
