Pete Matthews established himself as one of the best wheelbuilders in the U.K, as reputation that continues thru today. In fact, one of the most recent Cycling + issues featured a newly designed carbon rim time trial wheels from Pete. His framebuilding may have initially been done in-house, but it was my impression that this was jobbed out for the most part.
