I'm building up another bike for my wife and using a 1984 Bianchi Nuovo Allero as the basis. I'm switching out the Campagnolo Nuovo Record derailleurs & Ofmega crankset in favor of a same period Shimano 600 EX (Arabesque) drivetrain in order to get some better gearing for hilly CT.

I need the following for the std. double ring crankset:

1. BB with cups & spindle, Italian thread, 70mm bb shell, brand does not matter, just must be an appropriate fit for the crankarm tapers. 2. Outer chainring,130 bcd, 49 or 50 tooth (I can direct swap a NOS Shimano 600EX "W-Cut" 52 ring) 3. Inner chainring, 130 bcd, 39 tooth.

I prefer new but am fine with really nice used items. Please advise if you can help along with prices. I can pay in cash/check, paypal or will happily trade as I have a large amount of parts of every sort.

Oh, just as I stripped the bike of her components and then went to remove the bike shop decal (I always do that), I noticed the bike was purchased from the "Ted Earnst" bike shop. It's a small world; only since Ted joined the group do I have any idea of who he is or the shop he owned! I'll be leaving this decal in place.

Thanks in advance,
