I've used these. Bicycle Classics had them for a while, really cheap. They should have been way more expensive. Nice chromed steel, seem as good quality as Levin to me. It is a low stack, very similar to the old Campy pista HS guys used to use on a steerer some bimbo cut too short. I used one on a Mercier Bordeaux-Paris someone cut too short, although in this case I think the bimbos were at the Mercier factory.

I think these 'Passage' models are slightly on the low-stack side, which is good for some applications. Can anyone confirm? Also, they appear to have no visible logos, which is also nice.

Also, are they at a similar level of performance to the standard 'Levin' mo del?
