I have a Mercian KOM that is a bluish purple with a burgandy red barber pole. Very striking. The top tube was dented in shipping, but it's now as good as new thanks to repair by Mike Barry.

Don't apologize I'm a total sucker for barber pole too. There's just something about it that is just so much classier than just a plane panel. I must add that that I have seen a couple barber pole color schemes that just made me want to claw my eyes out. I'd like to offer it to my customers, but the two quotes I've gotten from painters basically doubled the price of the paint job. best, Brandon"monkeyman"Ives In need of a shave and a haircut in Vancouver, B.C.
