Well, I've lived in Colorado - 5 years in the '90s - not the People's Republic, but Denver (Wash Park). There sure as Hell wasn't a shortage of SUVs. IIRC, the CSP always complained every winter about all the SoCal immigrants buying 4WD SUVs and thinking that meant they could still go 70 MPH on I-25 in a snowstorm.

And I can tell you as a native Tennessean that pick-up trucks and SUVs are thick as fleas on a coon hound around here. But being a pinko commie with only one car (furrin'), one TV and no cell phone who hopes the terrorists win :-) , I ain't got none.
