This looks to be a very rare bird, a '60's Pogliaghi track frame, 58 cm c-c. Listed by Steven Maasland. With over 1000 auction views already, I'm sure this isn't going to spoil someone's attempt to grab a hidden gem.

I've never seen those lugs on a Pogliaghi before. Are they a special order,one off, or is this what early Pogs look like?
