Probably needle in haystack without a picture, but here goes.
Probably early 80s Japanese because of Superbe gruppo, but no serial numbers or head badge or decals except tubing decals.
Reynolds 531 Tube decals on seat tube and forks.
Blue frame with cream steering tube; not a track bike.
Blue seat tube has three cream bands(one band about six inches wide with single inch wide bands above and below.
Lugs: plain, perfect, exceptionally thin walled long points.
Fork crown: chromed, very elegant twin prongs on both sides; like nothing I've seen on mass market Japanese bikes.
Drop outs: Sugino
Brazeon: one bottle holder on down tube; pair of diamond shapes (inward curve on each edge of the diamond) surround the holes for the bottle cage screws.
Cable routers: two on top of top tube; double loop variety like I have on an old Centurion Sport DLX with Tange Infinity tubing. Two tiny eyelets on bottom of bottom bracket that I haven't seen before.
Stem: Kuishine or something like that.
Bars: Winpista.
SR Seat Stem fluting and Sugino cranks highlighted with blue complementing frame color.
Remainder of Components, drivetrain, Headset, hubs: Superbe
Rims: 700c top quality Arayas.
Comment: This is an impeccably made bicycle. Absolutely flawless at every lug. The only thing that seems even a little mass market about it are the twin loop cable guides on the top of the top tube which look like those on my Centurion Sport DLX with Tange Infiniti tubing. Frankly it seems too good for any mass market bike and too good for any amateur who took a frame building class. Almost 3 Rensho in understated, but flawless quality of lug work.
