There is a Gillot on United Kingdon Ebay. The auction states the seller will not ship the bike; "pick up only." I wonder if there are any CR listmembers who are close enough to Romford, Essex, and willing to pick up the bike, pack and ship it to me? I certainly would compensate such a willing individual either in parts, frames--perhaps a PX-10 with Nervex lugs--, or money, and I would, of course, pay for the shipping.
If such a person exists, could you please contact me off list. I haven't bid yet, and certainly don't know that I will win it, but I am checking out the possiblity.
