You state that Masi measures to the tip-top of the seat lug. Does this mean on the lug this is to the top of the peaks? When I do this, measuring from the center of the BB I think I get a measure slightly greater than the marked "54". But not if I measure only to the top of the seat lug ingnoring peaks (the points) it is 54.
