Subject: [CR]FS: 55cm Limongi frame

I have a 55ctc Limongi frame from the mid 1970's. Top tube is also 55 ctc. Frame is built of Columbus tubing. Long point lugs. Despite the Italian sounding name, Pepe Limongi was French, and this bike has a Made in France sticker. It abounds with those little French touches. The stay and fork ends are undercut. There is a little extra loop on the chainstay to guide the housing toward the rear derailleur. Seat stays are capped, and wrap over the seat lug, almost meeting point to point at the top. The fork crown is semi-sloping. Brazed on shifter bosses and top of BB cable guides.

No chrome anywhere. Paint is fair, with a good number of chips. Head tube decal is good; others not so great.

In order to make ownership of a French bike easier, I am including the Campagnolo NR seat post, BB, the top cup and locknut from the headset, as well as the shift levers.

I liked the simplicity of the bike, but it really is too big for me. I would like to get $175 plus shipping.

Photos of the bike are here, but remember, I am just selling the frame and fork. I can take more photos if you are interested.
