Dear Aldo. I think Henri Cornet is still the youngest ever Tour de france race winner at the tender age of 20 in 1904. He also won the last stage of 1908 TdeF which was a timed lap of the Parc des Princes, this was not counted as a stage win. He covered the 666 metres from a standing start in 51.2".
