Subject: [CR]WTB: Wee Pista Bits and Bobs + A Couple Questions

I hope you all had a fine Easter Sunday! Am searching out just a few things that all LBS seem to be lacking. I need a track lock ring and pair of rear axle nuts for my "first phase" (i.e. how I got the bike 20+ years ago) resto of what the locals referred to as "Le Bumble Bee". For those unfamiliar with the late 60's pista funny bike project - look here - http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/Kirks-Bikes/Wellbaum_copy Purchased from the grand close out of John's Bike Shop in Pasadena, CA many moons ago. Campy preferred - but not necessary - this IS the first phase. I'll also eventually need Campy chain ring bolts and a Fiamme red and yellow label 28 H set of rims - but this is in the future. I was lucky enough to recently snag a set of NOS Arc en Ciel's that will fit nicely for a "Trailer Queen" set of wheels. (BTW - For those that have queried - yes, I'll have a set of wheels to actually ride on at Chuck's next Velo Rendezvous event - so you can see if that one fat chain stay makes a difference!) What do you all do for tires on a vintage resto? Ignore the dating issue and slap on what you have? Open to suggestions. What about spokes? The bugger is that I had everything that came with it when I bought it (save for a set of tires), but some items were stolen in a garage break in years ago when I had it torn down for service - hence the now partial parts list of what I once had. Of course - I'm always searching for more info on the bike - as I have doubts that the Sugino 171 road cranks and 3/32 drive were put on it originally... Another question that I have - I have seen reference to Campy pista axle nuts being 10x1, but some refs to a 55 or 60 degree pitch. Can anyone provide more details. I thank you all for any offers and input -

Dark clouds over the foothills, light clouds on the flatlands, a few laps around the Rose Bowl and adjoining areas, back home to watch Amstel on OLN, spin off to Santa Anita race track to put a few bob on a turf sprinter named "Cambiocorsa" (won by 3/4 length easily at short odds), and home for Easter dinner with the wife and folks...
