I'm wondering if it might not be a Competition? I'm looking at the fork pictured in the 69 catalog. http://www.bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/Retro-Raleighs/69-Catalog.pdf It's chromed vs Pro being painted, and crown looks closer to ebay bike.. I have a couple questions in to ebay seller so maybe that will help.
