Hello there, Nice Gillott on ebay at the mo.

GILLOTT road frame No 584444, 1950s excellent (6623135674)

Almost certainly a Ron Cooper job. Has been resprayed. Has had botle cage bosses added. The Co2 Pennine clip block under the D/t is a cool feature. The rack eyes may or may not be original. It has the Spear lugs, these are rare this late in the day. Has the wrong d/t decals for the year, should be script. Dates from 1958. 4,444th frame built since they began in May 1945. No relation to the seller. Mark Stevens in a January-like Evanton, Scotland. The daffs are struggling and the poor old Swallows have arrived.
