Hi folks, Anyone know of a source of either spring or rubber cable clips? What I need is the 1930's type to hold cables at the 4 o'clock to 6 o'clock position (refering to top tubes). Brown's 1937 catalogue shows a variety available, such as spring steel French "Rosa" clips, Dunlop rubber frame clips and the aluminium type where the clip threaded through a slot and folded back on itself. Resilion also made a spring clip, and Britannia a rubber sleeve which held the cable at 6 o'clock and also protected the frame from knocks. Life before braze-ons clearly required a bit ingenuity.
