     Sorry to hear of the problem with the touring frame, I think it's best if you contact the builder and ask him what he wants to do, let him have the opportunity to help you and make things right; If I built a frame and the purchaser was unhappy, I would like to be the first know. Please give him the chance to help you. Most custom builders want to do the best for there customers rather than make the money on the frame.
