Dale Phelp's and Peter Naiman's JRJR frames have many similarities to a frame that I picked up on the local New Zealand auction site late last year.
The vendor knew nothing about the frames brand or provenance.

Like Dale's frame, mine has small diameter chainstays sleeved into the BB shell. The lugs, and the clunky looking seatstay wrapover treatment are just like like Peter Naiman's '54. Serial number is 1540.
