Don, One of my 'favorite e-bay sellers' offers these clamps on Italian e-bay: item 7237764919. The picture is not very clear, and his English is not perfect (in fact he's describing it as 'Gear downtube control levers' :-\ ) but they really are packed, NOS campy brake cable clamps. Shipping to the US via FEDEX, 10 EURO. I have no relation to the seller other than having bought my Legnano Roma Olimpiade from him.
