Since 130 is the current Shimano road circle, there are tons of rings, in all price ranges available with that circle. Here is a UK eBay auction with a BUY IT NOW price of $17.66 plus about $13 shipping from UK, but I'd think you could find a ring in the size you want closer to home at the same net price or lower, even though 48 to 50 aren't the most common sizes. Your LBS might have one and could certainly order one. If you want to spend a litttle more, TA makes beautiful rings in 130 BCD.
