One problem, of course, is knowing for sure what year a given PX-10 was made. Russ said last week he thought the steeper geometry started about 1973, but I don't think I've seen steep angles on bikes with the "classic" decal style of the late 60's/early 70's. But when exactly did the decals change? Also, what year/years did they use the simpler DiBois lugs, rather than the fancy Nervex lugs? I have a PX-10 with "classic" decals and DuBois lugs, and pretty moderate angles. I thought it was 1974, but I don't know for sure.

I'm just going to add to the "data base" for Peugeot geometry: I no longer have my 1974 but it measured 23" (58cm with my tape measure) seat tube, with a top tube just slightly shorter (57cm); the seat tube angle was 72o and the head tube angle was 74o.

I also have a late 60's PX-10 as well as a '77 PY-10 and an early 80's Super Competition, none of which have been measured (by me). I'll do that sometime in the near future........
