Thanks to all who have replied with help. I found most of what I want in an LBS, International Cycles of Garden City, MI. I got a pair of 8 mm thick locknuts, a 137 mm axle, and a 1.5 mm spacer. So far so good, but of course ya don't really know until its all put together and pedalling.

My Woodrup is truly a 6-speed bike. Some 126 frames have just enough clearance to allow a 7-speed freewheel, but this old girl does not. The (unmentionable off-topic modern) chain likes to saw at the bottom of the seatstay if I shift to the small cog, and we can't have that, can we?
While trying to add 2 mm of spacers to the drive side of a 6-speed old Record hub axle so it'll work on my Woodrup with a 7-speed freewheel, I broke the non-drive side locknut. Armed with my newest instruments of destruction, new Park cone wrenches, I overtightened the locknut and split it. I never thought of myself as ham fisted before, but ...
So I need a new part, and my other Campy hubs can't be donors. This locknut is only 5 mm thick, and all my others are 8 mm thick. The spacers are already pretty thin, there's not an extra 3 mm to take out. I don't know if the 5 mm was the original part spec. The inner face says "Camp 81." I do not need a matching date code, this wheel is a user not a display piece.
The 8 mm spacers don't have type on the inner face, but on the outer face recess they say "Camp 22."
Does anyone have the 5 mm Campy rear axle locknut?
Another option for me is to buy a complete 136 mm axle assembly. That would actually better suit the Woodrup once I get the 7-speed installed right.
Anybody want to sell me a 5 mm locknut or a complete 136 mm assembly? Or have any better ideas? I miss riding it!
