Can anyone provide any information about Victor Cycles. They built bikes in the early '70's. At least some of them appear to be very high end racing bikes. Paris Sport imported at least one, which I just bought. It has all French components, Italian style lugs, is all 531, and has nice looking paint judging from the photos:
