In the vintage era at least, TA was 15mm for crank fixing bolts. A unique extraxtor required, but for a racer on a budget, the TA wrench was a much more affordable substitute for the Campagnolo spanner.

The TA also had an 8mm six point hex hole punched in the handle end.
