Yeah, the guy on the bottom is sitting inside the frame, isn't he? with a head (or steering?) tube going over his right shoulder. It looks like they're both pedaling. I guess only one would be steering? how do you suppose they mount it? I'd guess the guy on the top gets on first, he does the steering; and the guy on the bottom runs up and jumps in?

just in front of the double decker, there's two guys in dark suits, hats and ties riding bikes with what looks like an extra 20" wheel in back and maybe a child's seat (precursor to the "rumble seat"?) Another like this is disappearing off-frame at the very start of the clip.
