BTW, my early 70's CID touring frame, allegedly built by MKM, has Campy DO's which are NOT threaded, or even drilled, for adjustor screws. Were such Campy DO's common?

If they're Campy or one of the many clones, they're 3mm x 0.5. Not an uncommon metric tap, shouldn't be too hard to find
