Thanks Phil, this is the most reassuring news to come through this string. The other insight I got from all of this is that the posters agree that Mike's work is excellent and that he is an ethical supplier. The issue that initiated this topic and was experienced by other respondents was a lack of response to both emails and phone calls. Good to know that this was not an indication of a problem and that Mike is still going.
