I think retapping 26tpi to 24tpi is basically creating a mess.  Thre e solutions. 1) Stay cottered. The cottered cranks stink thing is st upid. 2) Phil Wood rings to use a Phil Wood BB. 3) Edco eccentric BB .Joe Bender-Zanoni Great Notch, NJ----- Original Message -----From:
