Although Chris Chant does C-L cups for the oversize brackets, I believe he only does one length of axle for them, so it is worth grabbing any decent ones that come up.

For those blessed or cursed with nineteen thirties bikes, the Monitor Supercam brakes that Hilary has on eBay really do offer an alternative to Resilion for forks which are not drilled for brakes. They appear to be very flimsy with tiny bearing surfaces in the linkages, but they work very well. eBay number 7248427500
