That bike quite possibly was made with the 16" (approx.) tubular rims made by Scheeren, very cool as seen on some Alex Moulton track bikes. To see the wheels about ready for action look at the Ted Ernst slide show image of Ralph Therrio astride a four wheeled streamliner. Ralph was working at Hans Ohrt Bicycles at that time and "borrowed" the wheels off the Moulton track bike. They never found there way back in the years after while I was working there.

I have no idea what was done for tires, tires or lack thereof is what side lined the Moulton in the first place. The Moulton was interesting in that is was made with Reynolds 531 throughout.
