Amir, First good to hear from you and hope to see you at next year's Cirque with Israel being so close by. Anyway, Peter Jon White in New Hampshire builds fantastic touring wheels and has the stuff in stock. His website is http://www.peterwhitecycles.com/Wheels.asp Phil Wood still makes hubs with freewheel or cassette choices and the drillings are available in 32/40 hole.
