Another thrift store find- a red peugot Boom bike- gas pipe lugs, no name cottered cranks, suntour front derailluer, alloy rear wheel, mangled steel front wheel. The gems on it though: - Mafac Racer centerpull brakes, mafac levers with white fingergrips and gum hoods. Needs a good cleaning. $25 for the whole set, and I'll include the Mafac rear brake cable hanger (it fits to the seatpost binder bolt), and the front headset mounted brake cable hanger. - Atax stem- a hammer has been taken to it. $5.00? - Anyone want the front derailluer? The rear derailluer was too m,angled to be fixed. - simplex? Huret?? Downtube clamp on shifters with a little surface rust. $5.00 The frame is too heavy to be of any real value, but if anyone wants to take the whole thing for $30, plus shipping if you are not local.
