Hi Bob,

The guy I bought it of was not the first owner but he have had the bike since the '80s. He claimed that the bike was from the '70s. Components indicate the early half of the '70s: Atom 5-speed freewheel, CLB brakes, Belleri stem and handle bar etc. Though frame spacing is 124mm; somehow I doubt that the brake bridge has been replaced.

They were quick to "adopted" the switch from French to Japanese/Italian components in the '70s. Therefore they managed to stay alive. They have a store and a, fairly large, catalog and are selling by post.
