Mark; I've been using Esnipe for years for Ebay and never experienced as problems. I did however in a weak unthinking monent log onto one of those fake inquiries supposedly sent by Ebay with regard to an account issue. I immediately realized what I'd done and immediately logged onto Ebay and changed the password to my account, and called Ebay security. So far all is well since then with no fake auctions under my name.

Ebay caught on fast canceled the auctions and I changed all passwords and before I could bid again had to do a live chat and receive a phone call from ebay insuring that I was who I said I was. About two days ago I did sign up for a 14 day trial Esnipe account and they did ask for my ebay password, however no problems happened until sometime last night and I couldn't log on this morning. I might have had a trojan or worm as my computer has been near dead for the last two days although I didn't sign up for the snipe account on my home computer. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has had problems with esnipe. I did notice after all this when I went to their site I never saw a lock in the lower left hand of my screen.

Email me off list with your past experiences with esnipe.
