Subject: [CR]Advice needed on Williams cranks.

I just bought these parts on eBay:

http://ebay.com/<blah>

Can anyone advise what model the Williams cranks are and if they would be correct on a 1951/52 Baines?

Also, the Weinmann Vainquer 999 calipers seem older than any I have seen, as they have the model actually engraved in the caliper, rather than on a separate nameplate as in the late 60's/early 70's. Can anyone guess the era of these brakes? When were the Vainquer 999's introduced? While I'm asking, could the Huret Allvit derailleurs possibly be correct for 1951? I'm particularly interested in whether the Allvit FD, or any other cable-operated front derailleur, could be correct for 1951/52
