For sale to the list before making a probable eBay appearance. Some of you may remember this frame from the Sunday swap at Cirque, where it was only sorta for sale. Hetchins Keyhole frame and fork, purple with gold headtube, accents and lug lining, straight stays. Partial chrome on rear triangle and forks. Lugs have the trademark Keyhole holes-and-slots. Nuovo record headset included. Size is 57cm C-T seattube and 57cm C-C top tube. The SN is 12808 and at best guess dates the frame circa 1978-79, which is before Bob Jackson formally took over production. Decals have deteriorated somewhat, with the fairground Hetchins decals being in the worst shape (replacements for these should be easily obtainable). Purple paint has some odd darkening in a number of places (have photos where this is visible), quite evident from close-up but not from several feet away. Inside of frame is very clean. Chrome in rear is very good; up front some flaking apparent, mostly on the left fork blade. Paint is fairly good aside from the strange darkening, with some scratches and chips. I have photos showing the frame to good effect as well as documenting the iffy bits. Definitely not a fancy Hetchins and priced accordingly at $450 including shipping to the continental US. Selling so's I can finally build up a few of those lingering "projects." Please ask for pics if interested. Thanks for reading,
