My most 'modern' bike is an Indurain era Pinarello. I have always used friction gear levers but have just got hold of some Synchro 2 levers, to be used with a Campangnolo 8 speed cassette.
I'm trying to work out how the Synchro levers work. I know they could work with 6, 7 or 8 speeds, but not how they are set up for the different speeds.
I would be grateful for any advice, or for pointers to an Internet source of information.
