Serial number W265 appeared on a Maclean "Super Cycle" model, which had a bill of sale dated 29th April 1938, so yours would probably date to 1937 or 1938. As for the 26 inch wheels and other equipment, including tyres, I suggest you email me off list, and I should be able to assist with sources.
