If that bike is all original except for the paint, then it ain't from 1974 ... and if it's from a 1974 bike show, then it certainly ain't got all original parts. The front derailleur is clearly a 3-hole Record version that began in about 1979, 1980 or so ... no? Prior to this version was the 4-hole with straight band (frail version), and before that was the lipped but no-hole cage that was the first response to the CPSC worries, in about 1977. Doesn't seem like the chainring and shifters are that early either, but I'm not up enough on Colnago pantograph timelines. Charles?

I'm not the seller, don't know 'em, don't have anything interesting enough to trade 'em darn it. Love the chainring.

This Colnago was built for the 1974 Munich Show and then stored until 1989. Completely Original but for paint, refinished by D&D. An icon of modern biking and very ridable. The original tublars are dry rotted but still glued on. I rode with clinchers on it for a few years and then it was refinished. Notice the pantographed parts, Stem, Seat post, chain wheel, shifters. Early original Neuvo Record Group. Best Offer.

Interesting trades considered.
