I always loved that color combination. I had a full page color ad for that bike taped onto my wall, for years... it finally came down when the Farah Fawcett poster went up (apparently my taste in attractive frames had changed by late 1970s).
I still think the bike looks lovely. Hope someone appreciative plucks it off eBay. Very classy looking racing bike. I think Raleigh should have made those colors their icon - like Peugeot had done with their white with black lugs PX-10s.
Frame is too small for me, but maybe I'll just borrow that paint concept for my next repaint and finally satisfy my unresolved desire for at least one bike.
