Another West Coast footnote...a Paul Barkley lugged steel bike with Campy Chorus, Cinelli stem and bars, Campy rims, and red and yellow paint. No indication of tubing, but a Cinelli bottom bracket. Barkley from Bellingham, WA, when this was built later went to Uganda to build bikes, according to the CR archives. Can't say I'm overwhelmed with the craftsmanship.
