Subject: [CR]Question for the Brooks historians:

Hello all, I am sorry about the previous accidentally blank email I sent moments ago. That was a "mechanical". My Brooks question is this: I used to own a 73 Lejeune track bike that had on it a leather saddle stamped "Brooks Professional Select". I have sold the frame but have kept the saddle, along with most of it's componentry. As far as I can tell, the saddle is identical to a regular Professional (black with "penny" riviets) with the exception of it's 3 holes in the center of the saddle and black painted rails. What else, if anything, differentiates a "Select" from a regular Professional? Any rough ideas on when these were available? Having not seen too many of them, I am wondering if this is a particularly rare saddle?
