Your photos aren't coming through, but it sounds like it's a Campy Grand Sport, with the three pins. There was one with a steel cottered arm/spider set, and an aluminum cotterless one. Lower-end than Record and Nuovo Record. An aluminum one just sold NOS or near-NOS for about $107 or so on Ebay.
I think the diamond-8 and diamond-7 are date codes, mismatched in your case. Probably a repair or upgrade. I think Raleigh went to Japanese cranks, not lower-end Campy on the mid-'70s Super Courses..

> I have a Capagnolo crankset that I think was original on my 1976 Raleigh Super
\r?\n> Course. I have never seen a crankset like this before, it is a three arm
\r?\n> crankset. On the right crank arm it says Strada on it and has an eight in a
\r?\n> diamond. On the left crank arm it says the same thing except instead of an eight
\r?\n> in a diamond it is a seven.
\r?\n> If you guys could maybe tell me a little about it and if it's "unique" and
\r?\n> maybe it's value if that's not too much trouble.
\r?\n> Here are some pics if that would help:
