Richard,

Sounds like a PXN 10 or possibly a CFX 10 frameset that has been built up with period parts. If you could identify the Stronglight crank then it might be easier. You can check the Peugeot catalog site (available as a link through the CR site) if you want to compare photos with you particular bike. It sounds a whole lot like my CFX 10 with nearly identical parts, but mine still has the Simplex derailleurs.
