Subject: [CR]Can anyone ID this mid-1950s Reynolds 531 tubing transfer/decal?

Greetings, CR Mates---

Here is the only photo I have of this transfer---

http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/pjourdain/detail?.dir=/1a86re2&.dnm=73edre2.jpg&.src=ph

It is from a circa 1955 Claud Butler "New All Rounder" mixte with bilaminate lugs. I can make out part of the "Reynolds" and part of what I think is "frame."

What does the transfer read in full?

Is this the 531 plain gauge transfer? Does it apply only to the main triangle, the entire frame, or to the whole shebang---frame and fork?

Anyone have a better scan of this particular type of transfer, or can somebody point me to a site with a better image?

Thanks in advance...
