You lack perspective. Let me enlighten you. Every time we watch a James Cagney movie, my wife always asks, "How short was he?". I reply that she is phrasing the question improperly. She should ask, "How /tall/ was he?". To which I can then reply, "Almost as tall as me." :-) (Cagney was 5'7".)
I've been able to find several British frames my size to restore (and for reasonable prices). Just part of my fondness for things British stems from their catering to "tallish" gents like me.
