Seen at the "Salon de l'Auto et du Cycle 1948"... at 3.250 kgs (or 7.2 lbs) this Rochet track bike was promoted as the lightest in the world. That's fine, as long as you don't mind riding sans saddle, pedals, and tubulars. From "Sprint" No.151, (no date) 1948.
