[CR]GIOS Torino Rubber Grommets

I have a GIOS Torino that has the brake cable routed through the top tube through two elongated holes, the cable goes into the hopes through a rubber grommet, the grommets on my GIOS have deteriorated to the point that they need replacing - but I can't find them anywhere. I have posted pictures at the following link, does anyone know where I can find them?
