Paul, this is most definitely a PX-10. It could be early 70's except for the downtube decal which indicates late 60's. Pretty much original except for the shift levers, which look like Huret Jubilee. As to Arc-en-Ciel tubular rims, these were original on many PX-10's. The name mean "rainbow", referring to the rainbow jersey of the World Champion.
